Cortez Little's identity and preliminary hearing was scheduled for this morning.
Instead, he waived his extradition hearing and resolved his Humboldt case with a plea. Sentencing scheduled for May 17.
Little waives any claim to seized funds and marijuana. Counts 2,3, 4 and 5 dismissed.
