Two 2017 cases were scheduled this morning for Kattie Rae Yocum. Yocum had an intervention hearing on August 31.
That preliminary hearing has been continued to 1:30 p.m. in Courtroom 3 this afternoon. At the People's request, the preliminary was continued to tomorrow morning, so the key witness could testify. Defense did not object to the brief continuance.
In the case set for preliminary hearing today, Yocum is charged with arson resulting in the Blue Heron office fire.
The other case is scheduled for a disposition and reset. The charges in that case are: Disorderly conduct under the influence of drugs and Obstructing and Resisting a Public Officer.
