These charges PC 3000.08(f), PC 3000.08(f), PC 667(b)-(i), are not the complete list of Knopf's criminal record but the PC290.011(b), failure to register as a sex offender is in every arrest.
Roderick Richard Rightmire was arrested yesterday by Eureka Police Department for criminal threats.
Rightmire was arrested by EPD in 2012 on a federal warrant.

Yesterday after the preliminary hearing for his fentanyl case, Aaron Arlotta was held to answer for Count 1 resisting an executive officer and the special allegation of a serious felony conviction. Judge Kelly Neel did not find sufficient evidence to hold him to answer to Count 2 possession of fentanyl.

I was a juror for the first trial. I attended the second trial. She no longer teaches but her husband Kim Petersen who is also a math teacher is still listed as staff on Fortuna HS site.
Fortuna High School Teacher Gary Landergen was arrested yesterday on a Ramey warrant for sexual battery and annoying, harassing or molesting a child. Bail was $35,000. Landergen posted bond and is out of custody.

Isaiah Gene Stewart was arrested by Eureka Police Department yesterday for PC 243.2(a), PC 242 battery, PC 240 assault and PC 422 criminal threats.
Stewart has a prior arrest for a DUI in 2013 and a 2017 traffic/infraction case.

On 4/5/ Austin Newman failed to appear for his arraignment and a bench warrant was issued for $25,000. He is charged with one count of arson at Riverpark Drive in Fortuna.

Farmer contacted me on April 5. She referenced RHBB in her email. Read her email to me and the complaint her daughter sent to Humboldt County Sheriff William Honsal. According to Farmer, Sheriff Honsal requested an internal investigation.
I covered this case based on law enforcement and court records. I checked what Farmer sent me with court records. Her email to me and any information shared by her is just one part of a larger conversation and situation.
