Jane Doe #2 admits to sexual acts with her younger stepbrother which began after her stepdad molested her

Mario Alexander's attorney, Mr. Russ Clanton resumed his cross examination of Jane Doe #2 Monday morning. She told him that she was two years older than her stepbrother, K

Mr. Clanton: "Did you have sex with K?"

Jane Doe #2: "Yes."

She answered this question softly as she did other questions about any sexual acts with K.

Mr. Clanton: "Did you ever touch K's privates with your hand? I mean penis."

Jane Doe #2: "Yes."

Mr. Clanton: "Do you know how many times?"

Jane Doe #2: "No."

Mr. Clanton: " Did you ever requestvto put your mouth on his penis?

Jane Doe #2: "Yes." But then she said that she never put her mouth on his penis.

Mr. Clanton asked of she requested K put his mouth on her vagina and his penis in her butt. Jane Doe #2 answered no to both questions.

Mr. Clanton then went back to the subject of her saying that she had told some lies when she was younger. He asked her if this was at a specific age.

"No, it was kinda all over," said Jane Doe #2.

Mr. Clanton: "Were any of these lies about your stepfather?"

Jane Doe #2: "Yes."

She said the lies were about Alexander touching her.

Mr. Clanton: "Did you ever tell anyone about a man at Bounce-a-Palooza who had touched you?"

Jane Doe #2: "No."

Mr. Clanton asked her how old she was when she and Jane Doe shared what happened to them.

"I don't know how old I was but I remember the grade; in the middle of 5th grade."

Mr. Clanton asked her what was going on in her house. She said her mother was a housekeeper and "gone from home a lot."

Mr. Clanton asked her if her stepfather and mother argued. Jane Doe #2 said "not in front of her".  She said at some point her stepfather had moved into another bedroom.

Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads on redirect asked Jane Doe #2, "Did your stepbrother K also stay at your house with the rest of your family?

Jane Doe #2 said not all the time "because he has a different mother than I do."

Ms. Eads: "When you were growing up and Mr. Alexander lived with you, what did you call him?"

Jane Doe #2: "Dad."

Ms. Eads: "Mr. Clanton asked some questions about a time in the past when you told some lies about your stepdad. What lies did you tell about your stepdad?"

Jane Doe #2: "Touching me. I remember my mom asking me. I lied and said it didn't happen."  Her mother asked if Alexander had touched her before. Jane Doe #2 said the lie was "that he didnt touch me."

Jane Doe #2 said she lied "because I was scared at that time. He told me if I said what happened, I would be taken away from my family."

Ms. Eads asked Jane Doe #2 if she was truthful in the CAST interview and she said yes.

Ms. Eads asked Jane Doe #2 if the sexual contact between K and her happened "before or after Mr. Alexander began molesting you."

Jane Doe #2 said, "After."

Jane Doe #2 is subject to recall.
