"I will let you do whatever you want after we do this" Alexander told his stepdaughter as he molested her

15 members of Bikers Against Child Abuse and a few other community members showed up in court to support Jane Doe #2  while she testified.



"I believe I was three," said Jane Doe #2  referring to the age when Mario Alexander became her stepfather. Silently, she pointed at him in court and identified him.

She doesn't remember how long she lived with Alexander but "thinks" she was 10 when she last saw him.

Jane Doe #2 described Jane Doe #1 as a "petite, short girl with dirty blonde hair. I had no siblings that I know of. We were best friends. Her mom was very nice. She was like an aunt to me."

Both Jane Doe #1 and Jane Doe #2 are white and were under the age of 10 when Alexander allegedly molested them.

Jane Doe #2 said, "yes" when asked if she talked to Jane Doe #1 "about something that happened to her." Jane Doe #2 said Jane Doe #1 told her "she didn't feel comfortable at my house."

 Both shared things that happened to them. "That we were both abused."

Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads asked her, "who were you abused by?"

Her voice cracking, Jane Doe #2 responded, "My stepfather."

"What type of abuse?" asked Ms. Eads.

During her CAST interview, Jane Doe #2 talked about how she was hurt.

"Who hurt you?" asked Ms. Eads.

"My stepfather," replied Jane Doe #2.

"Sexual abuse," replied Jane Doe #2.

The first time it happened, Jane Doe said, "I believe I was playing in my room. That's the best I could remember. " She thinks she was four or five years old.

Alexander asked her to come to his room. When she got to his room, Jane Doe #2 paused, then continued answering, "he did inappropriate things. It involved touching."

"Who was touched?" asked Ms. Eads.

"Me," said Jane Doe #2.

Ms. Eads asked what parts of her body did Alexander touch.

Jane Doe #2 said "he touched me everywhere." She said she doesn't remember where he touched her first. He used his hands.

When asked how she knew she was being touched inappropriately, Jane Doe #2 said, "because you don't do those types  of things with children."

Again, Ms. Eads asked what parts of her body Alexander touched.

"My underpart and my breast and my face. That's all I can remember."

Jane Doe #2 was very uncomfortable and would pause before answering. In response to another question by Ms. Eads, she said Alexander "touched part of her body where you pee and poop." This first time there was no contact with her skin.

She finally said "vagina" and "butt." Then said "he only touched my butt."

Regarding touching her breasts, she said, "at that time, I was flat chested" and that Alexander touched her over clothing.

Ms. Eads asked her if Alexander said anything.

"I believe he said it was a game," said Jane Doe #2.

Regarding when the alleged molestation would occur, Jane Doe #2 said, "I don't know. He normally had a chance when my mom was at work. " When she got older, he touched her under her clothing. "I believe I was 6 or 7. Same parts as the first time. The only difference; I wasn't wearing clothes. He told me to take them off." This happened in thecroom he shared with her mother.

She was partially clothed at first, then Alexander made her take her underwear off and "he started touching me."

Ms. Eads: "Did he touch your breasts?"

Jane Doe #2: "Yes."

Ms. Eads: "Did he touch your underpart?"

Jane Doe #2:  (pause then) "Yes."

Alexander touched her with his hands. Ms. Eads asked if Alexander had a name for the game.

"I don't think so," said Jane Doe #2.

In response to what Alexander's hand did to her underpart, she said, "I think he just rubbed it."

Jane Doe #2 said Alexander molested her "continuously until I told my mom." He did this when her mom was at work. "Some days he didn't."

Another time, she said her stepfather made her "touch his mouth and his underpart. The part you use for peeing."

"He wanted me to kiss him. " Alexander made her touch his underpart with her hand. She said "move her hand."

Ms. Eads asked her to describe the movement.

"I don't know how to describe it," said Jane Doe #2.

Ms. Eads asked her to demonstrate.

Jane Doe #2  looked down and then said, "he made me shake it."

When she was "9 or 10" years old, "about twice" Alexander made het put her "mouth on his underpart." This was also in his room.

She doesn't remember the first time but the second time was a "week or two" before she and Jane Doe #1 told their moms about the abuse.

Alexander was touching "her underpart and her breast" before he made her orally copulate him. She did not have clothes on. Alexander had underwear on, then took his underwear off.

"I will let you do whatever you want after we do this," Alexander told her before he "made her put his underpart in her mouth."

"Do you remember seeing, tasting or feeling something out of his underpart,"  said Ms. Eads.

"Yes. I believe it is called sperm," said Jane Doe #2. When it happened, she didn't know what it was; later her mom had a talk with her.

"There were times it was a white looking color. Other times, it was clearish," said Jane Doe #2.

The oral copulation happened more than once. Jane Doe #2 does not remember amount of times it happened.

After these incidents, Alexander would take her for icecream or a walk around Old Town.

Alexander told Jane Doe #2, "I would never see my mom or family again. At first, he said it was a game. Later on, I was scared."

"Sometimes he would use try to use my butt to (inaudible) his underpart." Jane Doe said she could not "word it" but it made her uncomfortable. "It made me feel scared, confused. I didn't know what was happening."

Jane Doe #2 said Alexander "tried to make it go inside my butt. I'd tell him I didn't like that and he'd stop." She clarified it meant "penis."

Jane Doe #2 described Daddy Daughter days as "those were rewards for doing what was not okay."

She said Jane Doe #1 and she "did not like what was going on. As we got older, we realized hewhat he was doing was something that was not okay."
