Michael Thomas Franco is charged with five counts of PC 288.7 (b),oral copulation or sexual penetration  with a child 10 years or younger and four counts of PC 288 (a), Lewd Act Upon A Child. Alleged victimJane Doe.

Special allegation of prior sex offense for Counts 6 to 9 jurisdiction Los Angeles (Norwalk).



Arraignment is scheduled at 1:29 today.
