Eureka Police officers are about to deal with a real winner.  Woman beating thief.   Hopefully they make an arrest.   Edit.  This reference was for a guy who was witnessed by another person "hitting a female with a closed first" driving down 101.  Caller followed and provided plate which returned to a familiar name.  Guys got priors for stealing,  beating up women and gang ties.   Good looking out by Samaritan who witnessed the assault. "
