Shots fired around 5 p.m. at Willow Bay apartments, behind CVS. Four people in handcuffs, not identified as suspects yet. No injuries reported yet. This included a woman being led out in cuffs.
EPD cars parked all along Searles Avenue. HCSO, CHP and Humboldt Bay Fire also on scene.
