EPD looking for a white Honda involving an alleged alteraction and firearm on 17th and J

EPD just responded to a call in the vicinity of 17th and J St involving some sort of altercation involving three subjects with one with a firearm.  Details are vague but one officer was involved in a foot pursuit who had one male at gunpoint.  A short time later another officer recovered a loaded .38 revolver along with a cell phone in the area.   Units are looking for an older white Honda that may have been involved.  Details are still unfolding though units appear to be dealing with an involved subject who happens to be a convicted felon.
