A protest has been organized by Johanna Tenderfoot Johnson outside Security National offices tomorrow from 4-7 p.m.

How many will actually show up? How many are Wiyot tribal members and actually care about sacred land?

From the list it seems like the usual leftie, progressive, rebel rousers like Renee Saucedo and Andrew Hamer and/or anti Arkley activists. Andrew Hamer are you going to stage another arrest? Do you have the guts to show your face tomorrow,, uncovered by a mask?

Shit stirrer Renee Saucedo and Andrew Hamer are listed as going. Arkley foe Larry Glass is listed as going. Local attorney and progressive Eric Kirk is listed as going.

Humboldt Progressive Dems have a post saying some will leave early for their weekly meeting at 6 p.m. Show Up Humboldt, North Coast Alliance are some of the other groups asking people to show up. According to the local grapevine, a local educator has offered extra credit to students if they attend.

Threats have been made; is this a protest or bullying, intimidation and scare tactics?

From the page organizing the protest, here are  Johanna Tenderfoot Johnson's responses to two questions:

This response was to an event supporter who said he hopes that the land would be open to public for events.

Johnson: "Why should the public be allowed to enjoy ancestral burial grounds? Can I buy the cemetery your Loved ones are buried in to make it a park?"

This from someone who asked how the island could be purchased.

"The City owns it. Arkley offered 5 mil to the City if they don't give it back to the Tribe."
