Tukatuk Nelson waited until the day of his sentencing to withdraw his plea; defense has no grounds to object on a continuance by the DA for a valid reason

 

Humboldt Senior Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm is busy with the Jake Combs trial which had to be retried due to an error by Judge Kaleb Cockrum.

Sentencing and motion to withdraw plea was continued by the Humboldt County DA to give Ms. Timm a chance to file a response.
