Redwood Cabins may have a new name and owner but the small claims lawsuit continues in June

On 4/24/26, Humboldt Superior Court Commissioner granted Redwood Cabins motion set aside judgement. You can read the court minutes yourself about Redwood Cabins argument on service and Commissionet Kaber's ruling. Redwood Cabins has a new owner and the name has changed according to their attorneys.

A small claims hearing is scheduled for 6/17.

While court minutes do not list the new name, the same phone number in a google search comes up with The Retreat at Redwood Shores.
