Citizens for a Better Eureka appealing the ruling granted on motion to dismiss by the Wiyot Tribe

 

In addition to the appeal filed by Eureka Housing for All against City of Eureka that I reported on April 16, another appeal has also been filed in one of the four lawsuits filed by Citizens for a Better Eureka against City of Eureka. This is appealing the ruling by Retired Judge John Feeney who granted the Wiyot Tribe motion to dismiss.
