Warrant surrender and arraignment on petition is scheduled in local attorney Michael Acosta's case on 2/16. On his California State Bar profile, the most recent update is that his conviction record has been submitted to State Bar Court. In his appeal, an order to appoint an attorney for Acosta has been filed.
