Further trial confirmation for kidnapping, robbery and assault suspect Franklin Molina scheduled for August 20 and jury trial scheduled for September 8 were vacated on August 10 after defense motion to continue was granted . Setting is scheduled for September 21.
Deputy Public Defender Casey Russo is Molina's attorney. Deputy District Attorney Trent Timm is the prosecutor for the case. Deputy DA Carolyn Schaffer appeared on the case for Mr. Timm.
