Taylor Wade Cunningham was arrested by Fortuna Police Department for PC 273.5 (a), corporal injury to spouse/cohabitant.
He was released on June 10 because he was not arraigned within 48 hours. The DA's office had not received a report from the Fortuna Police Department and without that report, they cannot make a decision to charge or file a complaint.
Wow Mr. Cunningham was exposed in a sting last year by local Predator Catching group Project Disneyland trying to solicit what he thought was a 14-year-old girl and denies any responsibility for his actions to this day. He needs help.
