Zachary Greenberg, 28, was arrested by UC Berkeley police today after a judge issued an arrest warrant. Greenberg's bail.is $30,000. He is charged with assault with a deadly weapon and attempting to cause great bodily injury. Arraignment is scheduled for Monday.
A cell phone video of Greenberg assaulting conservative activist Hayden Williams on February 19 went viral.
I'm not moving to Berkeley ,but 100 yahoos to that judge for finding anarchists accountable for their assaults. Keep it up, and maybe Humboldt's court system may see the light too and do the same.
