Trial setting scheduled for Mexican citizen Hugo Aguirre on was continued in November, then in December to this morning and continued again to January 9 by stipulation.
Aguirre is charged with attempted murder of Deputy Rosalie Freixas; attempted murder of Carol Fuentes; false imprisonment of Courtney Schlapicohl and assault with a firearm on Sgt. Greg Musson.
The case is being prosecuted by Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads. Aguirre is represented by Conflict Counsel Supervising Attorney Meagan O'Connell.
