"Mr. Mario, he likes butt. I don't know why. "

Tuesday was a very good day for the People in their case against Mario Alexander who is charged with molestation of two female minors; one is his former stepdaughter.

CWS Social worker and CAST interviewer Dori Larson was on the stand the entire day. She did an excellent job of explaining her training, what she does, how CAST works and when the CAST interviews of Jane Doe #1 and #2 were played for the jury, it brought everything together. Of all CAST interviewers I have watched, Ms. Larson is the best.

The transcripts for Jane Doe #1 and 2 CAST's interviews were thick. It took hours to watch each interview.  It was painful to watch.

One of the things that was most effective was seeing how Jane Doe #1 and Jane Doe #2 were in a more comfortable environment. This in contrast to testifying with their alleged molestor  looking at them and in a room full of strangers.

Talking about the intimacy was still hard for the young girls. A fact further highlighted as you see the regular conversation back and forth between Ms. Larson and each of the girls. Mr. Clanton's claim that these young girls are precocious was destroyed today.

The information from their previous testimony by the girls was corroborated by the CAST interviews.

Jane Doe #1: Three times she repeated she was scared.

 "Mr. Mario, he likes butt. I don't know why. Whenever we were alone, he would rub my butt and put his hands in my part. I held it in for a month."

"He asked me if I liked it. He's a really big guy. I didn't say no because he'd probably get mad."

Jane Doe #1 about why she didn't believe Jane Doe #2 about some of the things Jane Doe #2 said Alexander did to her

"He makes her put her mouth on his private parts but I don't think that's true. I don't think a dad would make a daughter do that; it's disgusting."

 During one of these incidents, "Jane Doe said, she kept praying," Please help me God, make him stop" and right then "Mr. Mario stopped."

Jane Doe #2: in CAST interview, which was in 2016, she was still calling Alexander "Dad", over and over the losd of not being able to see her brother because all this is going on, not being able to see Jane Doe #1 anymore and why that fear kept her from disclosing was evident.

Everytime, the conversation would veer to something sexual, she would start talking about something non sexual.

"I didn't like it, I wanted him to stop."

Not only did Alexander molest her, sometimes the rewards like icecream or going to Starbucks promised after "we do this", he would renege on by saying he didn't have money.
