Man suspected of assault leads LAPD on a chase despite the front hood of his car blocking his view

A man suspected of assault with a deadly weapon led Los Angeles police on a high-speed chase through Los Angeles this afternoon. This  despite the hood of his white Lexus obscuring his view.
