Clayton Lasinski smiles waves at people in audience and flashes them a peace sign


Trial setting and status of reports from Dr. Chamberlain and Dr. Roof were scheduled for Clayton Lasinski on August 14.



Lasinski has already been to Napa State once; competency was restored; now he is being reevaluated, again. Lasinski led law enforcement on a chase through downtown Eureka when he fled from a traffic stop.

Reports not in; hearing continued to August 21.

    Only in California can tripping on drug delay a trial. The little shit should plead guilty and be thankful he only got hit once. Man up!
