A September 26 timeline starting with the 2:10 text message to the call Jessica Springer made to 911 was presented by the defense.
Holland's presentation, focus of what was covered and the report was easier and better to read and follow than the prosecution's report. Both Mr. Perrone and Mr. Holland used the same software.
Text and report pages were shown on the screen to the jury.
" On September 26, at 2:10, Tim's phone sends Rachel phone a message," said Holland. He read the text message: " I found the picks you and Tim have been sending each other I took his phone and kicked him out I think you should tell your husband"
The text message had no punctuation.
Between 2:10 and 3:05 a.m., 20 pictures were sent from Tim Smith's phone to Jessica Springer's phone. We saw thumbnails of those pictures on screen.
At 5:14 a.m., the images were recorded as read.
At 6:20 a.m. , a text message from Jessica Springer (from Tim Smith's phone) was sent to Rachel Goldberg's phone. "I found the picks you and Tom have been sending each other."
"Approximately 18 minutes later, at 6:38 a.m.," there was a missed call from Rachel Goldberg's phone to Jessica Springer's phone.
At 6:40 a.m. there was a call from Jessica Springer's phone to Rachel Goldberg's phone. "The call goes through," said Holland. Duration 2 minutes and thirty seconds.
