POP bust yields two loaded firearms, ammunition, 9.5 ounces of heroin, scales, over $7,000 in cash, and useable amounts of methamphetamine, marijuana, suboxone and prescription medications.

On July 18, 2016, at about 11:05 a.m., detectives with the Eureka Police Department’s
Problem Oriented Policing unit (POP) served a search warrant at a residence on the 800
block of O Street as part of an ongoing investigation.
During the search, detectives located two loaded firearms, ammunition, 9.5 ounces of
heroin, scales, over $7,000 in cash, and useable amounts of methamphetamine,
marijuana, suboxone, and prescription medications.
Six people were arrested and booked into the Humboldt County Correctional Facility.
 Roscoe Reidel, 40 of Eureka. Possession of controlled substances while armed,
felon in possession of a firearm, possession of controlled substances for sales,
possession of marijuana for sales, maintaining a drug house, and an outstanding
warrant for knowingly bringing a controlled substance into jail.
 Monte Jarnaghan, 21 of Hoopa. Possession of controlled substances while armed
and possession of controlled substances for sales.
 Jana Claymore, 35 of Salyer. Possession of controlled substances while armed
and possession of controlled substances for sales.
 Leanna Dunken, 36 of Eureka. Possession of controlled substances and probation
violation.
 William Wright, 31 of Eureka. Possession of controlled substances and
probation violation.
 Suntalena Downs, 35 of Eureka. Possession of controlled substances and
probation violation.
