Eureka Rotary's new President Matthew Owen will lead his first meeting tomorrow at the Elk's Lodge

Matthew Owen, has been the program chair for the Eureka Rotary for the past ten years. He was voted President. Tomorrow at noon is his first meeting as President at the Elk's Lodge.
