Due to extensive criminal history as one reason; PG &E gate crasher Katherine Zacevich denied bail
Probation recommended she not be released on OR. People opposed her release on OR; gave Visiting Judge Bruce Watson several reasons. Based on her extensive criminal history across multiple states, release on OR was denied.
According to the People, Zacevich's crime history included the states of California, Nevada and Wyoming.
Dates remain set. Deputy District Attorney Whitney Barnes appeared for Deputy DA Carolyn Schaffer who is prosecuting the case. Deputy Conflict Counsel Hugh Gallager is representing Zacevich.
Although she admitted to being transient to Probation, and daily use of alcohol, and past use of cocaine; today in court Zacevich, through her attorney claimed she lives on I street and never used cocaine.

I am glad that she was not released on 'OR', and now since she is in the County Jail awaiting her trial the streets will be a safer place without her operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.
