Right now on the stand in the Jake Combs retrial is Senior Criminalist Jaime Baxter who is from Richmond and the primary DNA lab. Senior Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm is questioning. Today's witnesses also include Dale Cloutier from the Eureka DOJ lab who you wil lbe familiar with if you have followed me from the beginning or are a long term reader of my court coverage.
Court ended early today. I saw attorneys and the Earley family walk out at 2:45 p.m.
