Remember the Ingomar club incident and wrongful death lawsuit that only I covered since 2021? It was finally dismissed on September 10, 2025.
Rosalyn Klock aka Rosalyn Angelique Vickers has two criminal cases with drug charges which include possession of meth on calendar this morning.
CR2600624B
Klock is charged with Count 2 maintaining a drug house and Count 3 possession of meth. I am not covering her codefendant. Different Humboldt Deputy DAs appeared on the cases. Deputy DA Ian Harris filed the complaint. He has been out of the office for quite some time and his colleagues are covering his cases.
Complaint in this case was filed on 2/25/26 and Klock was arraigned the same afternoon. Conflict Counsel was appointed and bail set at $25,000 by Retired Humboldt Superior Court Judge John Feeney.
On 2/27/26, supervised release was granted by Judge Feeney; Conflict Counsel relieved and Gregory Kreis appointed.
On 3/6/26, preliminary hearing continued by defense so Klock can get treatment and possibly have charge reduced to misdemeanor. Request for continuance granted.
On 4/24/26, Klock was arraigned on a second case; there was a request for supervised release termination and a hearing date was set. According to court minutes; Kreis was not present.
On 4/27/26, after a supervised release hearing, supervised release was terminated. Today, this case is on for setting of preliminary hearing and possible resolution.
CR2601648
Klock charged with Count 1 possession of meth. She was to be arraigned on 4/24/26 but Kreis was not present; again; according to court minutes so arraignment was continued to 4/27.
On 4/27, bail was set at $5,000 bail. Today, this case is scheduled for trial setting and possible resolution.
Klock's supervised release was terminated in one case, she picks up a new case and now today her cases are on for possible resolution?
Kreis was not present for two different hearings; one in each case according to court minutes.
Klock entered a plea today taken by Retired Humboldt Superior Court Judge Christopher Wilson. In CR2600624B, she entered a guilty plea to Count 2 maintaining a drug house. Count 3 possession of meth was dismissed by the People. In CR2601648, People and defense stipulated to terminal sentence which will run concurrent to her other case. Her plea in this case was to the possession of meth charge. Sentencing on 5/29.
Sentencing update will be added to this post. If that information is important to you, set a reminder to check this post.
