Judge Neel rules against Ryan Tanner request to strike enhancements saying he terrorized victims and his release would endanger public safety

 

I have been checking daily since Humboldt Superior Court Presiding Judge Kelly Neel took the matter under submission in Ryan Tanner's CR2000814 on 2/27/26.

I checked yesterday and the 5/6 ruling was not entered until later in the day or maybe this morning. It is a two page ruling you can read yourself.
