I told you so about Ranjit Marcu's lawsuit against the City of Eureka

 

On March 3, I reported on this lawsuit filed against City of Eureka by Ranjit Marcu.

On 4/24/26, Marcu had her day in court. On April 27, the notice of entry of judgement was filed. I checked for additional documents on 5/1/26.

Summary for those who read the March 3 post. I told you so. Marcu got nothing and wasted the court staff, City of Eureka and Humboldt Superior Court's time.
