Danny Fidler was arraigned this afternoon on 13 counts which include 11 felonies and two misdemeanors. As I previously reported, Fidler has retained Ms. Andrea Sullivan. The complaint in his 2024 case merges cases from four different law enforcement agencies: EPD, HCSO, FPD and CHP.
Fidler is on no bail status. OR bail and preliminary hearing scheduled for 7/16.

7/16: Fidler ill. OR/bail, preliminary hearing and DA's motion to amend complaint continued to 7/23.
7/23: Motion to amend first and second amended complaint granted by Judge Kaleb Cockrum. OR/bail and preliminary hearing continued to 7/25. Preliminary hearing continued to 8/27.
7/25: Ms. Sullivan's motion to release Fidler to a facility was denied. Supervised release also denied by Judge Lawrence Killoran.
