James Lee Boone who was just arrested by Arcata Police on 7/18 was arrested again by Eureka Police Department yesterday evening and booked on three felonies for PC 422 (a) criminal threats, PC 245 (a) (1) assault with a deadly weapon and PC 646.9(a) stalking.
APD had arrested Boone for misdemeanor assault and battery and the jail released him on OR. After the EPD arrest, Boone posted bond and was released from custody today.
7/28: While out on bond, a week later, Boone arrested again by APD for PC 273 d (a) child cruelty and PC 12022.1 committing a felony while out on bail or release.
