Court minutes for 7/1/24 in the Wallace and Hinz lawsuit against Joe Mazzotti were finally entered in e court since my last post. Court minutes from 7/8/24 were up so this is a brief update from the last recent and detailed. Joe got caught in lie in court about no longer being in Humboldt, filed $500 and held in contempt. Waiting to see what Jack Wu 's testimony under oath will reveal. Wallace & Hinz is represented by Ms. Heather Burke, partner at Harland Law Firm.
In the second lawsuit filed against him for breach of contract by Itria Ventures which I have also reported on, there is a hearing for motion for summary judgement on 7/26. I will update and minutes to this post. Readiness conference is on 8/23/24; court trial on 8/26/24.
