KRCR reporter Adelmi Ysita was arraigned this morning in her DUI case. Conflict Counsel's office was appointed by Judge Lawrence Killoran. She is charged with VC 23152 (a) andVC 23152(b) BAC over the legal limit.
Deputy District Attorney Andy Truitt is the prosecutor for the case. Trial confirmation is on 8/14; jury trial on 8/26.
