Public Defender appointed in Humboldt Superior Court clerk's DUI case

 

I reported on Humboldt Superior Deputy Clerk Annisha Harris's DUI case in March.

She is still employed with Humboldt Superior Court. I don't know if she still works at Winco, that information is something she told me months ago. I don't talk to her about her DUI case and I am certainly not going to ask her about Winco. Our conversations are brief and limited to her position in jury services.

Today, Harris was arraigned in her DUI case. The Public Defender's office was appointed. Time was not waived. Trial confirmation is on 6/10 and jury trial on 6/15.
