On 4/24/26, William Munoz, Elan Firpos's attorney William Munoz was a no show and did not file a response. Munoz was ordered to pay $650 in sanctions by Humboldt Superior Court Judge Timothy Canning.
There is another Order to show cause and failure to appear on 6/29/26 for Timothy Lam who from 4/24/26 court minutes is also an attorney for Firpo. A Case Management is scheduled for the same day.
