Samuel Fayne Walton was booked into the Humboldt County jail yesterday for PC 311.11 (a) possession of child pornography after being remanded in court.
After all the times, I have called out the no consequences for these charges in Humboldt and local judges; I will have to check which judge remanded him. Curious if I am correct if it is one of two current judges or a Retired Humboldt judge who is filling in this week.
It is for his 2024 case. Not a case I am following but I believe he was sentenced. I will update after I finish other cases and other work.
