Today, Johnnie David Acosta was sentenced by Humboldt Superior Court Judge Kelly Neel to 180 days in jail with credit for 17 days; three years felony probation + $1,000 contribution to Women's Shelter Fund. Acosta pleaded guilty to PC273.5 (a) domestic violence.
