I reported on convicted sex offender Scott Price's arrest by Eureka Police Department for the same charges a month ago. 44 year old Price was arrested again yesterday by EPD and booked for PC 290.011(a) and PC666.1 petty theft with a prior.
I have said this before but Humboldt judges failure to impose the penalties and sending these criminals to jail or prison despite repeat arrests is the problem. Other judges in California follow the law. These sex offenders know nothing will happen if they break the law.
