David Roger Quilantan was arrested by Arcata Police Department yesterday for PC 273a(a) child endangerment, PC243 (e) (1) domestic battery and PC287(c)(2)(a) forced oral copulation of a minor.
I reported on Quilantan in 2022. That post has his Humboldt Superior Court record. Looking at his history, this 2026 arrest should not come as a shock to anyone. Democrat and California soft on crime laws, failed diversion programs and releasing repeat offenders on the streets endanger the public, minors and anyone who defends and votes for these elected officials is an enabler with no morals.
