HCSO arrests Johnathan LaPlante for contempt of court, resisting an executive officer and failure to provide legally required DNA

 

Johnathan Michael LaPlante was arrested by HCSO yesterday for PC 298.1 failure to provide legally required DNA samples, PC 166 (a)(4) contempt of court by disobeying a valid, written court order, process, or injunction and PC 69 resisting an executive officer.

I recognize the name, just as many of you do. There will be no consequences for this arrest in Humboldt and California so if you want to know what happens, check yourself.
