Another sidewalk hurt me lawsuit. This one on Harrison Avenue. I have walked in that area; others do as well.
On April 10, 2026, a lawsuit was filed by Elizabeth Lasater against the City of Eureka, County of Humboldt and AT & T.
The complaint filed alleges negligence; also lists personal injury and premises liability.
Lasater is represented by San Francisco Dolan Law Firm. Attorney listed is Ms Alison Baird.
A case management conference is scheduled on 10/9/26.
The paperwork has no information about the plaintiff so at this time, I don't know if Lasater is the registered nurse with an Arcata address.
