In my April 3 post on this lawsuit, I wrote, "Civil minutes can take a few days depending on the clerk. " I checked every day; they were added this afternoon.

TRO granted as requested. On 4/20, there is a hearing on the preliminary injunction requested by Redwood Oil.
Janssen Malloy's Jeff Slack and Frank Martin are representing Redwood Oil. Humboldt Deputy County Counsel Destinee Valeska appeared for defendants.
