"Good old boys" club was allowed to thrive at Humboldt Sawmill Company, lawsuit describes what Jane Doe experienced

For all the talk of covering courts; as expected the rest of the local media; even those who have Zwerdling Law Firm as advertisers have not covered this case. And they won't. Unless and until there is no fear of retaliation. They don't care about women or sexual harassment or reporting about the good ole boys and gals. My readers and anyone paying attention know how many cases and news have I covered that other local media has ignored because of who is involved.

Finally the First Amended Complaint was available. Read it if you have the guts; especially anyone claiming to be for women's issues and rights.

Kudos to Ms. Heidi Wells for taking on the this large family of companies with vast resources. I think Jane Doe is very fortunate that Ms. Wells is her attorney. I am giving Ms. Wells the credit and not Zwerdling Law Firm because I often know who takes what cases and what they reject in a small County. I am also giving Ms. Wells credit because credibility matters when it comes to lawyers.

None of you are taking this family of companies on, Jane Doe and Ms. Wells are. No one else has had the guts to report on this lawsuit. The "No Kings" protestors and Providence protestors won't show up for Jane Doe. 

Some key portions from First Amended Complaint filed by Zwerdling Law Firm's Ms. Heidi Wells:

Humboldt Sawmill Scotia location has 200 employees; less than 10 are female.

Mandatory sexual harassment trainings not completed yet employees required by HR to sign documents saying they were.

Rodriguez recruited Jane Doe, was her immediate and daily supervisor, despite no official title and being paid by Humboldt Sawmill.

Rodriguez went by his middle name Daniel and Jane Doe only knew him as Dan.

I have included enough of the complaint. 

While there is a criminal case against Rodriguez; the chances that Jane Doe will get any justice maybe the civil lawsuit. I won't hold by breath because in Humboldt, the good ole boys and gals are like road tar. Same stench, hard to get off and vile.

I am not going to keep providing all  these documents and daily for free. In this case, I feel it is important because of what Jane Doe went through. Yes, they are allegations. I can't say anymore right now but I have had corroboration from someone else after my first post. I have also been around the creepy good ole boys of Humboldt  to know how they are. It isn't just conservatives; plenty of liberals too. This is more common then you think. I have called out some on my blog because I have personally witnessed the disgusting behavior and had to step in so they would not continue to harass the women.
