I was the first to report about alleged molestor Tristan Mitchell's arrest. In that post, I referenced a Facebook profile and google searches and explained why I did not include them. What is verified by court records is that Mitchell has a Eureka address.

The Humboldt County District Attorney's Office filed a complaint today charging Mitchell with 6 felonies and a special allegation. Mitchell is scheduled for a late arraignment this afternoon. There are three minor male victims; most of the counts are for John Doe 2.
I will add attorney and future dates today if I can; if not tomorrow. I have included both the charges and the detailed complaint.
