Local muralist and painter Blake Allan Reagan was arrested on 1/8/26 by CHP for DUI. Charges were finally filed on 4/21. A letter has been sent to a Loleta address informing Reagan arraignment is scheduled for 8/17. The complaint filed by Humboldt County Deputy DA Dave Watson charges Reagan with Count 1 VC23152 (a) DUI as a misdemeanor and Count 2 VC23222(a) possession of an open container which is an infraction.
