37 cases for Higgins when I checked Humboldt e court today. 20 for Wissel.
Higgins continues to proves me correct by getting arrested and failing to appear for court. She was booked into the Humboldt County jail yesterday on a bench warrant for a 2025 co-defendant PC 488 petty theft and PC 182 (a) (1). She posted bond. I don't follow her cases anymore. Complete waste of time.
Wissel was arrested by Eureka Police Department yesterday for PC 1203.2(a) probation violation, HS 11364(a) possession of drug paraphernalia and HS 11395 (b)(1) possession of hard drugs.
