Kyle Christopher Zoellner was arrested by HCSO yesterday for PC 422 criminal threats and PC 4573.6 possession of a controlled substance or drug paraphernalia inside a prison or jail. He posted bond.
I have emailed HCSO PIO Erin Inskip to see if she can provide more information. She confirmed it was the Humboldt County jail. She could not release who the threats were against.
