Bayshore Mall has several parcels. Kohl's is not part of the foreclosure; McDonalds is; my source mentioned that property has 8 parcels and wanted to verify the number. My source checked the map of APNS and I checked information from the Assessors office online and in person myself and there are 7 parcels.
Bayshore Mall's troubles were reported by me months ago before recent local media.
