Saw this on Broadway about 5 minutes ago, blinkers on. As I passed him about three minutes ago, apparently it was a stop for the guy to get tacos and run back through busy traffic on Broadway. For anyone who think this may not be news, you are probably the same person to blame the homeless or pedestrians instead of moron drivers. People like this waste law enforcement time and resources and shouldn't have driver's licenses.
