DA, CHP officer and lawyer Russ Clanton all no show in his court case
Case dismissed by Commissioner Sarah Kaber for failure to prosecute. According to the citation, local lawyer Russ Clanton was stopped by CHP on 1200 block.of Stagecoach Road in Trinidad for failure to secure load.
